Introduction

Hi, my name is Brave! I sometimes go by Dee or Ciel and basically I'll answer to any of the above. I am one of the many folks who left LJ for DW in 2011, so you may have seen me around under the name findthesunrise

I am twenty-something, of the male-type and also kind of a huge, flouncing queen. I've been known to spontaneously combust into rainbow-tinted flame from time to time, so please don't be alarmed if when that happens, haha.

At this juncture I think I'll switch to point-form because a) I'm lazy and b) well, just lazy actually.

• Canadian, eh?
  
• A scorpio, INTP (or INFP, depending on the day and test) and somehow continually gets sorted into Ravenclaw (even though he has the heart of a Hufflepuff)
  
• In school.
  
• Closet romantic, trapped in the body of a Snarky McSnarkypants
  
• Massive bibliophile. No, seriously, books turn me on. Unf
  
• Ga(y)mer, hoho~
  
• Bit of a grammar nazi, though prone to making rather embarassing mistakes himself. Hypocrisy is a colour that suits me well, apparently

• And yet, I kind of hate hipsters/pretentious snobs in general. Apparently my whole wardrobe in a fetching shade of hypocrite

As a Fanboy...

• Prefer slash to het. This is not exclusive, however
  
• Extremely loose with my OTPs. I tend to enjoy reading about interesting character dynamics, so while I'll have certain pairings that I love above all else, I'm not adverse to seeing those characters shipped with other characters - if only to see what it would be like.
  
• Beyond the usual lurking and commenting, I don't necessarily contribute much to my fandoms beyond the odd piece of fanart here and there (which can be found on my tumblr). I'm endeavoring to be more active. ♥
  
• While other fandoms come and go, Nu!Trek will be my forever fandom. I can feel it in my bones. also, Harry Potter. I wish I knew how to quit you. Haha

Friending Policy
